the conversation for Paradise Pier must have been interesting. "Hey, let's build a traditional pier amusement park."

"Umm... isn't that the kind of cheap, seedy place that drove Walt to build a family-friendly place?"

"Hmm.... Well... Maybe. But this is CALIFORNIA HISTORY. It'll be great!"

We like the local carnivals that come here, but the carnies that work them are creepy.
