I had a meeting and told my Management Team about this. A couple of them logged on and posted some positive things.

but the ex employee came right back and got even more negative. He calls my salespeople every day and asks them to senf him dead deals.

they have told him to stop but he tells them that I have their job listed in the paper and they might as well send the BHPH deal to him...

so he can pay them $250 referral fee instead of the $100 mini I pay for BHPH. We have tried to block his calls but he calls from different #

I should ignore it but I am losing sleep over this guy (which is what he wants). Any help would be appreciated.
