so we had to spend the night at the airport; US airways did not even cover the hotel!!!

flying is getting worse and worse...

but i'd rather have a cancelled flight than a crashed one...

true... just annoys the hell out of me that they react with this arrogance to frustrated travelers, as if they do not need biz

but we're like a captive audience... if all the airlines act the same with crappy service, they can all get away with it...

i understand your annoyance... and i try not to fly too much, or just do short flights with no layovers...
