31 is nothing. We get into the mid-30s on then into the 40s with the humidex.

How many fans do you have? I made it through last summer with out one. IF I did not have a balcony close to the St Lawrence I would have one

We've got 4 fans in the house, including one *turbo* fan. Man it's fast.
