We're in the people business.

Work backward from the student to the school then to the technology.

How do we grab the Principals and get them involved?

Jim: always put the "why before the "how."

Jim: too many teachers think that technology integration is the tech integrationist's job.

People are not going in to this...we had an opening...no one applied.
