so this company called Energy Solutions based in Utah is bidding to turn the state into a toxic waste dump

why is that : their econimy is developing... many countries developed in 2oth century (US Inclusive) and actually are responsible for...

What I find interesting is that all of this talk about us offshore drilling as a negative.
