wad is macaroon?

Macaroons are sweet foods made either with coconut and egg white or with a coarse almond paste formed into a dense cookie or confection

i'll only used egg white with fine grounded almond with sugar. bake for 12min.

see how is the result come out

macaroon need to sandwich with filling, like u r making strawberry macaroon, u need to sandwich with the strawberry filling
