I want to, but I think I may just save some cash and get a cheap lappy instead - at least that way I get a DVD player/burner with it. ;-)

Yes, its the tiny laptop with 8.9 inches screen. With the battery lasting 5-7 hours, and only 1.1kilos i think its ideal for me

Its perfect for wireless browsing... but a little too small for word processing maybe? I dunno. ><

one as it's so cheap, but I'm in a predicament where I need a laptop that runs Vista.

Maybe for my son, someday, but not now. So it'll probably be another one as well

the hard drive isn't big enough to support a vista install anyway I don't think. They come preloaded with linux or xp now...
BeardyJim says

the first releases were linux only, but they were 4gb hard drives and a 7" screen

The battery life is 5-7 hours for the 901

I need a machine I don't need for working if I am gonna run linux boxes...linux is too much a hobby OS for a main desktop machine

oh i guess I'm outdated. I heard of battery problems with it from a friend in Singapore
