Inquiring minds want to know.
He probably can't answer now....Test Track Shannon is driving.
You can't pump your own gas there?

@ Ray
says b/c having attendant pumping gas 4u seems to freak out Shannon :S hahaha
a friend who has a car that always overflows if you rely on the auto-shutoff of the pump. He *hates* Oregon, because they always spill
gas on his car. He knows how to work the weird tank inlet on his car; they don't.
that's the problem with his car, it overflows *before* the pump shuts off. So in Oregon, they always overflow his tank.
i didn't know there were States that didn't allow you to pump your own gas? What's the point? I've always pumped mine.
you know, it always freaks me out too! I always get gas in NY and DE, just to avoid it!
of course, us old-timers remember when self-serve gas was a new-fangled idea.
I actually remember that too, but I wasn't driving yet.
I remember that. I wish someone would pump my gas sometimes. I hate doing it
I hate touching the handle of the pump. I always wipe my hands with antibacterial wipes after, yucky germs!
I remember the first time we pulled up to a NJ gas station when Shannon was driving. The guy came up to the window & Shannon freaked!
I think Shannon's being silly now... what was really the adventure was she forgot which side her gas tank was on

and was driving
I remember a Shell commercial that ran on the Wonderful World of Disney on Sunday nights. A young couple pulls into the gas station and the
'round and 'round 'til she could line it up...somehow she couldn't figure it out. LOL & she blamed it on the attendant messing her up..haha
attendants spring into action, cleaning the windshield, checking the oil, etc., and all he buys is 25¢ in gas because that's all he has.
And - remember that scene in Back to the Future, when the Texaco attendants swarmed the car that pulled into the station? GOt lots of laughs
Though 25 cents in gas bought some gas back then.
Yeah! I remember buying $1's worth quite often as a young driver!
I remember in college when I got my first car complaining when gas went up to 68 cents/gallon.
I remember gas being around $1.00 when I started driving, and yes, I pumped my own gas!! THough, hubby does most of it now!
My grandfather owned an auto repair shop, so I not only pumped my own gas, but was taught to change my own oil, etc. I actually changed my
busted radiator hose once! Not bad for a girl huh?
I don't do car stuff now, only when I have to pump gas occasionally!!! I do take the car to the Toyota dealer to handle problems, though!
Which is what every couple of years?
not, at least an oil change every 5000 miles, and the mandatory every so many miles of routine care!!!
