Very nice! I love sparkles!
I put those up in a bad order. LOL
Did you draw out Rosa and Lily's names?
Kristin did. I did the sparkle hand-writing, and some of the water color. . .and tried to keep sparkles from getting everywhere!
they are lovely. Children take to artwork so naturally.. especially if they are encouraged
There are a few more things, we were working with scissors, glue, construction paper. All kinds of fun and messy stuff!
one of my grand-daughters, after spending an afternoon with me painting, went home
and the next few days started drawing some of her favorite cartoon characters. Pretty good too!
wow, that is awesome. how old is/was she?
now when I go over there, she shows me all her arts and crafts projects.
awesome. i can't wait until my girls can work w/o being guided. they are in a stage where if me or Kristin doesn't sit with them, they
aren't very interested most of the time. and they want to show us *look what i made!" every 30 seconds
they can be quite a handful!
yes - they are still pretty young!
My 7-year-old grand-daughter can't sit still for very long yet...
oh no! we have that long to go!
no, not necessarily, Laura is a unique case. She can be very sweet and cuddly, and she can also be headstrong and very demanding.
Always needs to be the center of attention.
My opinion is that she eats FARRRRR too much sugar!!!
Yeah? Truth-be-known that was my first thought when you brought her up. . . i'm not neccessarily on expert on parenting, but i know a lot
i don't think they call us "children of god" to be cute, lol
well, she is ALWAYS demanding something sweet to eat and hardly ever eats REAL food. My son and dil do their best to control it
now, but the precedent has already been set
you never know what happens once adolescence arrives - but its def true that the habit is hard to break. sugar is a drug - needs to be not
taken lightly. not that i'm not a user
like tonight, we were having an ice cream birthday cake. Well, she was ready to have dessert after eating only 1 small
chicken nugget and some rice.
she just whined and whined until she could have some.
then after dessert, she was ready to hit the candy bowl
and she is so skinny - like a little bean pole. LOL
there are so many factors - my kids had major sweet-tooths, too
i just posted some pics of the women in my life at the bottom of that page. you've probably seen most of them
actually, i meant *have major sweet-tooths
i eat relatively little to begin with - but i'm not afraid of sugar. i just make sure i'm getting all the other stuff i need
I have seen a couple of the photos..

The girls are so adorable! And Kristin is very pretty!
I tell her all the time. Do you think I should watch feeding her ego? . . .
no - tell her if you truly think that. That's not feeding ego - just telling the truth
anyway - good night. Talk to you tomorrow.
np.
thank YOU for the hip stretch web page!!!
and thank you! for being an inspiration with your art work - it's really got me thinking about some new things. for instance the art stuff
and an inspiration to be myself and express myself
