Hi, Connie. I have subclinical Sjogren's, meaning that I don't meet the histological criteria necessary to establish definite diagnosis.

The only other test left to run is a salivary gland biopsy; parotid biopsy too dangerous; lip biopsy not that reliable.

So doctor just treats symptoms. That's all he could do anyway, even if I racked up positives on all the diagnostic tests.
