I saw the brush moving and then could hear "crying". Baby had climbed a tree was was scared. I could hear mom and baby for a while.

I didnt see the mom, but saw the baby in the tree crying

just called neighbor to warn him of the bears and he was making the noise to chase them out of his yard.
