Absolutely, get the iPhone. I have absolutely no regrets and the software update was a breeze. I'm loving Apple and the new App Store.

I guess depends on your needs. The lack of video (streaming, recording) irks me to no end on the iPhone. Who knows? I may switch later

you can't go wrong with either. Biggest drawback with iPhone for now is lack of video capabilities and medicore camera
