wrap a 1/2 peice of bacon around a peice of the hotdog hold in place with toothpick...add to crock pot....stir in a shit ton of brown sugar

you could probably make it on really low heat on the stove or bake it on really low temp, just put it in a bowl/casserole dish.....maybe?
