Teachers - we have technology teacher of the year at each school. everyone votes at the school, then county picks county winner

morning AppleTech_Kevin. We do recognize teachers that are high end tech folks. They are asked to present and talk with district staff.

they are also the first ones to get the newest item and test it out for us.

We "recognize" students by giving them more access to apps and tech tools (responsibility/freedom).

We "recognize" teachers by giving them more work to do. Well, and then the PLN gives them recognition.
