= =, little rain cannot take the haze down, but will make the upper air colder, earth asorbed heat release make the lower air hotter

so the haze on upper air will come down, but lower haze wont go up becoz it heavy, air will go up, but haze remain, so finally More Haze

additional info, the haze is originally from upper air, coz it is blowed to here by wind.
