3-4 hours? Don't you sleep 6-8 hours? So you woke up once in the middle. And once after sleep cycle was over? That's normal.

Usually a middle awakening means that you need to take a leak or something. Also, waking after the sleep cycle is done... you can extend.

I remember waking up twice in the middle of the whole sleep cycle. >_>
