canning yellow tomato salsa with red peppers and onions. Tomatoes & onions from our garden; peppers from the grocery store. Ahhhh.

it's so pretty! We haven't actually started *canning* it yet, just chopping about a zillion pounds of pretty veggies.

I love seeing all those cheerful chopped veggies. fruit too, just seeing real food. (prepackaged just doesn't have the same life)

it was so good! We didn't quite have enough for one last full jar, so I used the "salsa" as a marinara sauce on pasta & a zucchini patty.
