I... think I will miss this.

yes, it is hours and hours of tedious work--putting things off, fiddling with connections--and yes, it was frustrating and downright...

impossible at times... trying to figure out what was right, what was wrong...

but... there are the quiet moments--the sheer immersion in the work, eeking out numbers on a screen, the technical construction, and also

the rooftop in summer, when the sky is huge and blue like a kite overhead, warm and welcoming, and the stones beneath are sunwarmed, and the

horizon is so clear you can see the statues on the capitol building... or during sunset, when the clouds of a storm sweep up and fill

the pink sky. *sigh*

Any ending is hard.

... it's just weird. hard to believe I'm not coming back to it all in a week or two, or even a few months

5 years is a long time.
