Basically electric company is working with some third party asking for a min of 4 bucks extra on your electric bill to "support green energy

" but then you go to the site and it's like producers can only make under 10kw to be considered - so major projects wont be supported

and the way they explain it is like "you can buy 100kwh of electric...in ADDITION to your bill"

like..why not just friggin USE the money from the existing bills? Why not contribute to a specific existing project? WHat is all this jazz

about buying existing power? This sounds too much like carbon credit which sounds equally stupid.
