那做個最簡單的! 先半蹲 挺胸推腰~然後掂起腳尖 維持30秒! 加油! 持續做五次喔!

就把胸部挺出去 腰推出去 就這麼簡單 你坐在椅子上 就可以感受了! 班長~~~喊了一年的抬頭挺胸 您應該很了解 :-P
