ah cynicism comes with experience

we're upgrading to Office suite 2007 only 85% of my volunteers aren't there yet

haha - i hate the office suite - total pita to manage - but yet i even have it on my mac

but no one in IT talked to us , which is where the customer service thing comes from

I have 6000 volunteers...did no one think of this?
