I put a bunch of ribs in the crockpot and poured a bottle of bbq sauce over them, then cooked until the meat fell off the bone.

I go to SAM's and buy pork loin, cut a section for the lb you want (usually 2 lbs here to feed the army) then wrap and freeze. Then to cook

take out frozen and stick in crock pot, fill pot 1/2 way up with water after loin inside, season water and cook on high all day

then you can either cut up potatos and onions and add if you have a few hours before dinner, or wait till done, shred and add BBQ sauce
