well, i suppose you know yourself very well then?
when you are going to be proficient in analyzing us? ...and if that includes dreams...I have some fluzzys. >.>
you guys should learn to analyze dreams. XD
Heh...that isn't the only bizarre dream I have had.
Oke...here's one I still haven't been able to find out anything about...
I'm in a military/refugee like facility in the middle of a huge war. The uppers have decided to volunteer 7 people to donate their 'heads'..
...to the cause. Apparently they have decided burning those heads in a giant furnace at the central point of the facility and releasing...
...the ashes throughout so that the troops can br3eath it in, will make the army incredibly powerful.
Unfortunately...I was one of the ones 'volunteered'. To heck with that!
in the dream I had the ability to walk through solid objects so keeping ahead of my pursuers was quite easy.
Simply dropping through the floor and running through walls confused them so the volunteered someone else finally leaving me to do whatever.
So now that i was free I wandered around the facility only to come across my old Siamese Stormy.
being the inheat doof that she was...she headed towards the previously mentioned furnace.
I pursued in order to save her. *rolls eyes*
once we got into the room, she went 'INTO' the furnace. I followed her not seeing any flames at the time.
Once inside I noticed that their was a little man kneeling by the furnace grate tapping it with some metal instrument...looking up the...
...furnace stack revealed that the ashes where still swirling in the form of a giant tornado. Then I woke up. Not sure where my cat went.
I have a lot of bizarro dreams like that one. >.< I think it has to do with my overactive imagination...
I always wake up in pain...I'm not very good at that.
how in the frack do you practice sleeping hmmmmmm?!?! >.>
Oke...let me rephrase that. How the frack do you 'practice' relaxing/!?!?!?!?! I can't force my thoughts to shut up...never could.
I should probably mention that stuff like that usually has the opposite effect on me.
the 'sleepy' teas and things I mean...either that...or it just doesn't work very effectively.
I seem to remember trying something like that before and it not having much of an effect, but I can try again.
Like I said, Didn't have much of an effect.
*still doesn't see how you can practice that*
she might enjoy it if she had a snugglybear! she has a lot of plushy looking stuffed animals iirc.
perhaps you`re forgetting one of your prescriptions for getting to sleep there, dear.
someone to scratch my head or behind my ears...Hmmm. I'm all out of those. >.>
i hear they keep stock of those in georgia
yea. I need to find someone here to do it regularly. Maybe I do need a boyfriend...if only for that. Ha.
that would be a very special boyfriend if you could find one who was content with just that
try deep breathing. it's not about shutting your thoughts up its about letting them go. If you have a thought let it play out then let it go
don't hold on to thoughts and think about them, just let them go.
what she needs is a warm body next to her cuddling skin on skin and warm breath on the back of the neck and strong arms wrapped around the
mid section. works for me
when I let my thoughts run I usually end up in tears. >.> You call that relaxing?
Thanks for trying to help though. I'm just not good at that.
