It was "dry" closing because the closing attorney had the papers ready so late in the day.

By that time, the seller (Freddie Mac) was closed for the day so the official signoff by the seller will not take place until Monday.

This means that we can't actually change the locks or start cleaning and stuff this weekend like we expected to. But at least we closed.
