Bulmer's pear cider, as an aside. :-)

a bottle of Westons Organic right here, and it is 6.5%. That counts as "quite strong really" I would say.

Had to walk home with beloved, in a state, and we had to go to bed to sleep it off! Lightweights ahoy!

Can you cut the fermented cider with, say, organic apple juice? Would that work?

I don't really think so, though I have never tried. Something about it does not sound quite right. Perhaps with the more cloudy ciders.

You don't try to cut wine with grape juice either (I hope my late grandad, a vintner, hasn't heard me even saying that!)
