unfortunately being a chemistry major. i know this is basicly impossible... UNLESS I FROZE STERILIZED MARBLES INTO THE ICECUBES

THAT WOULD WORK

as far as i know its impossible to make ice cubes more dense than water without mixing them with something else. which would probably prove

toxic.

i need to find metal marbles with enough mass to shift the average density enough to be higher than water

they need to be rust and stain resistant as well... and not deteriorate at all, less i drink mettalic tasting drinks. no fun

perhaps a polyurethane coating, but idk if thats safe to have in your drinks or not

i don't think polyurethane would be very safe. yeah, i think finding the EXACT marbles you would need is going to be a challenge.

maybe you could use those little marble-like discs that they sell for fish tanks, ahahaha.

they'd need some kind of coating either way, no metal wont deteriorate atleast some, and i dont liek the taste of metal in my lemonade

alumina is most used in glazes

i'd be careful though, because some glazes still contain lead, i do believe
