Did a quick GeoCache during lunch today. There's about 10 within 2 miles, so may knock them out while getting some lunchtime exercise.

I think so. I think I need to acutally register there. I was using my cell to connect to the site and such.

I wish my kids were just a little bit older and understood geocaching - I suspect Ani'll love it. Treasure!

Geocaching: Seeking "treasure" with a GPS and some coordinates. Maybe a clue.

If you find it, leave more treasure, take some treasure, and log your visit.

Sorry, the hazards of a microblog
There's about 10 caches within 2 miles of the office, so I figure I can do them during lunch breaks

BTW: personal preference for low end (and high end, actually) Garmin over Magellan. Magellan cust svc has been "rough" at best.

Plus, Garmin has Mac support now! You can download their Bobcat software to load tracks, routes and waypoints from your Mac.

We geocached w/ our elem buddies last year. We created caches with Math problems. The correct solution led to the next cache location.

See
not affiliated with Tiger Direct
They have eTrex for $95, and Go's for $75. Good beginner units.
