It changes when you refresh the screen - it's just aesthetics depending on the thread. It means nothing.

not that I"m aware of if you F5 (refresh the screen) it will often re sort the threads

horizontal axis = time, vertical axis = your mom. Thus Plurk is a graphic display of how time affects your mom. It's SCIENCE.
