Guinness and cider. The original uses champagne, but a Poor Man's uses cider instead.

Also the Black Velvet is very interesting to watch to study the mixing of liquids. The Guinness gradually diffuses downwards into the cider.

The second was less entertaining than the first, I have to say. I think the cider might have been a little off.
