it's strange - I know that NRK is a ISP, they are connected right to the backbone. Should be fast.

they say onthe site them selves that their capabiliteis outbounds of Norway are limited. webtv ususally only works in the early morning here

if it works at all then...needs loads of bufferingtime... too much to be practical...

the only solution is to move back to noway
