there was once a boss who applied a fine to people for being late for meetings - $1 x each person x each minute late.

one day the boss was late for a 30 pple meeting by 40 mins. Ahem.

it will be unfair to those who come early ( already my team have one idiot who keep coming in 10 plus everyday )

that there is fine system, there should also be incentive system to motivate pple to come in early...
