ja, i know, 只是我沒那麼愛煮咖哩... 失策:-P 的確乾乾飯拿來蛋炒飯是最好, 可是那樣還要先煮熟....

I think in India they do put some butter (or melted butter)in the rice by the end of cooking :-)
