it's basic white, 1lb. The machine died after the kneading, so it's rising (I hope) then I'll bake it. No aroma yet!

it tastes great! A bit crunchy, could have come out 5 min earlier. But I feel very pioneer-y, baking my own bread.

I made bread about two weeks ago (all by hand) - everything was good until...I split it half getting out of the pan

you are right - the Amish White Bread did have full marks for flavour.
