what other people are using for equipment checkout. How do your teachers checkout cameras, laptop carts, etc?

some of our schools handle it through the library checkout systems.

my school uses webcal. We can go online to sign up.

for some items, teachers book online thru Outlook calendar. In LMC, we track TVs on a desk calendar.

my previous job did not have that issue since each teacher had them in the room. New school district checks them out of the library.

I should have been more clear. I meant reserving ahead of time...scheduling utilities.
