It's not being about a "newbie". It's about approaching people with preconceptions from hearsay.

Get to know people first. *Then* form your opinions of them.

I, for one, will not form opinions about you until I've learned more about you.

I would advise you to do the same for other people.

Though I must say, I like your taste in characters. Tieria is awesome.

Let me give you an example:

This guy just re-entered the local otaku scene three months ago.

Technically, he's new to the current scene, but nobody calls him a "newbie". You know why?

It's because he doesn't rely on preconceptions from hearsay.

He gets to know people before forming opinions of them.

Do the same, and no one will call you a "newbie".
