I am still food less!

But I keep thinking of ice cream.

I never craved ice cream until I started eating bettter.

two things I could not give up - ice cream & soda.

I'm so glad soda was never my thing because that is hard core to give up. I struggle with the lattes but have mostly gotten OK.
