no. This is a ridiculous lawsuit. Everything I read was based on factual info that Paul had in his posession.

if you read the original blog that Paul wrote? It is also alleged that Zeigler got Paul fired after this. Sticky situation.

Zeigler is much more defamatory in his monthly column for Dealer magazine. Actually, he is downright hurtful.

Paul is a good friend and WAS fired over this (although he had already said he was leaving)

biz is back baby. Grosses are at an all time high but volume is down @ retail stores. BHPH is still up 60%.

when we get the volume back...& we will get it back...it will be off the charts.
