yeah, just go to the shares keyword and it'll prmpt for image/link/movie. If it is a locally stored image then select image

this then uploads it to plurk. If it is external then use shares->link and put in the url. I f the URL id flick or it ends .jpg .gif etc

then plurk auto creates the thumbnail
