It's an expansion of the Last Lecture he did. Not really any new points; just an expanded version. It strikes the same entertaining

and likeable note that the Lecture itself did, and the narrator does a nice job presenting the stories with the right inflection.

Great if you'd not seen the Lecture video first (like me); good if you have, but not "new."
