just got off the phone with Delta and my bag is still in Boston. They are asking questions that make me think that they have lost the bag
asked for the make, "unique contents", etc
hid a GPS unit w/ a GSM phone in a bag once..
airline said it was in "chicago"when the bag was saying it was in Los Angeles.
When I showed the person the tracking data, she called in four supervisors one after another...

they were half "is that legal" and half "holy crap"
