wow - I can't believe that made it to CNN - it has been all over the local today. I mean it was breaking news EARLY this AM

but I work at home and watch the news all day...

it is really awful though. seriously. who shoots a preggers teen in the head???

probably a baby daddy who took objection to being a daddy. If I heard correctly from news14 this morning, she was also in foster care.

yeah, and she was trying to do right--go to school...

a family member walked her to the bus stop and then left - so I am not sure if she is in foster care or in the care of another fam member

it is really sad. They were trying REALLY hard to save her and the baby. This just makes me sad.

on the noon news there was mention of a boy also at the school but I missed if he was involved or the baby dady or random...

according to this story this is the second student from that school in a month to be shot

the news mentioned having a comment from her foster mother so that's where I was getting that from.

and her foster mother walked her to the bus.
