why do people only sell ugly yarn on ebay?

I used to buy pretty yarn on eBay, but I think I everyone might have moved to Etsy.com or Artfire.com

My favorite place to buy yarn on ebay.

I don't want pretty yarn. I want big random lots of regular wool yarn

and I really don't want handdyed yarn. I would prefer random. not UGLY. but random.

well for yarn like that I'd go to my LYS. when I'm on ebay I'm looking for *deals*.
