Plurk needs to add a search feature.
THey've mentioned this in their blogs as a coming feature.
If you wasted precious chars by putting your name or unique keyword in each post, you could filter that way.
Perhaps you could save the thread pages to delicious or Diigo and then you would have a reference library of your own input to Plurk
you can plurk the page and put it in an aggregator, but that's not very user-friendly
I'm bookmarking in diigo for later reference. A starring feature would be helpful.
Actually, searching for Teach42 doesn't work too well. Seems they filter out numbers for some reason.
but have you ever googled your ID, Teach42?
I bookmark pages I like in a folder
that he mutes conversations in which he decides to not participate. Not automatic but it works.
today I'm going to try keeping a notebook next to the computer and when I comment and want to make sure I come back to the conversation
later I'll write the person's name and topic down on the paper.
I mute conversations I don't want to follow and bookmark those I want to especially remember
I mute conversations I don't want to follow also. I'm sure I'm losing things, but... it's all I've got for now.
I agree. There are some that I want to refer back to but I keep forgetting.
Besides just hitting the mute button? No dice.
That's a feature request - and fourth tab.
"My Conversations" or something like that.
Maybe 3rd party apps such as Plurker will have this feature when they come out of private beta
this is def a drawback to Plurk
that this will be fixed some way as well
