I thought I had it all drawn like I wanted it with all the rooms I needed.

But my brother looked at it and saw that i was missing a room for all the technical appliances to warm the house etc. ARGH.

Where do make a room for 2 m2 without making all the other rooms to small
Alphatude

that's the big problem. We have our in the entry way by the door so it's sorta closet/utility room. It works.

yeah - I have to place it somewhere around there in my house also - it's good for easy access

add a little 2m2 space in the corner of the garage, and extend the garage backwords so you'll get an access door to the garden from there..

yeah - that is one of my ideas

yeah my last house had that. If you build up the area for the water heater (for gas) then you avoid a lot of exploding problems.

also if you build it in the garage you get a bit of safety from water damage if the water tank leaks.
