EPISD blocks utube so he put it on a thumb drive, but cant open it because it has an .FLV extention. Can anyone give any advice.

VLC will play FLV (Flash Videos)

Download them at home with Zamzar, pre-load them on a laptop, or do what Charlie said above.

Also, keepvid.com/ lets you download as an .flv OR .mp4 file... Lovin' this site.
