Yes I agree with you when I think plurk is much better then twiter witch can get boring after a bit at times
And when I DO check Twitter, it's over capacity, though back live now.

I prefer the universal stream mechanism in Twitter. The timeline approach is interesting graphically, but harder to follow along. IMHO.
You can toggle people you want to follow on and off on your "My Friends" page.
