Well what a runaround. Turns out the representative screwed up and did not properly book the service call.

I had been waiting all morning for something that was never going to happen! Anyway, an hour on the phone escalated to a supervisor

and I *might* get them tomorrow morning. The window is 8-12, I work at 9. Fingers crossed.

P.S. The slow connection's made it so SL voice can't work that's a pissoff.
