Since I eat every 3 hours, I have first lunch and second lunch - first lunch was cinn. Ezekial toast with almond butter.

south beach worked for me, but made me sick the first two weeks of it

food plans - at some point I will ingest something other then coffee or water. Exercise plans - run 3 miles (done) and stair well run 2nite

I had a VERY late lunch of a ham and cheese sandwich (310 calories) and one can of chicken and dumpling soup (140 cal)
