hit the treadmill at some point. I'm going to a 5 year olds birthday party for lunch *gulp* we'll see how it goes!
today is an "off day" for me. I exercise Sun through Friday and take Sat off.
Since I eat every 3 hours, I have first lunch and second lunch - first lunch was cinn. Ezekial toast with almond butter.

to decide on weight loss option still.. was leaning toward weightwatchers online
if Weight watchers or South Beachis best. Heard that Volumetrics was best
south beach worked for me, but made me sick the first two weeks of it
and it's hard to keep off if you're not going to change lifestyle to match that diet
oh and it made me really really cranky bitchy.. i started it again for two days last year
and my boss told me i better go eat some chocolate.. i was just plain mean
hoping the kids birthday party has reasonably healthy food.
food plans - at some point I will ingest something other then coffee or water. Exercise plans - run 3 miles (done) and stair well run 2nite
and i should do crunches but
