I would like to lose 5% fat
ideally, to lose about 75 pounds and fit in single digit sized pants. Realistically, to be more healthy and drop 50 pounds.
I want to weigh 190, was 225 3 weeks ago, now 211. On my way...

Ugh - I have sat for 20 minutes trying to define my get healthy goals. 1) be able to run 3 miles in 22 minutes or less,
2) Maintain at LEAST a 90lb weight at all times, 3) Flat tummy, flat tummy flat tummy
4) learn what the hell eating healthy is. I have avoided all talk of healthy food and could not say what is or is not good for me
strength program: pushups & sit ups. I hate the gym and weights.

Srsly though, we had a lady in our office once who had the same problem. She was eating over 6,000 calories a day and still losing weight.

LOL @ LidiaAnain - I run, 3 Miles in particular because we have PFT's (Physical Fitness Test) and it is timed too. Running is part of duty
exotic meals to our diets. Weight loss is not a goal for me but getting my legs more toned and my arms more toned is a good goal.
that anyone with weight issues is welcome here be it getting too much off or not being able to keep it on. If we all focus on being healthy

Hey wow - that was why they hospitalized me, to cure my anorexia or bulimia which low and behold I did not have
